Sitting here in our log home we rented in the hills of North Carolina. Yesterday rained ALOT! I would have to say that thus far yesterday was my favorite day so far. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. If the weather had cooperated it would have been a flawless day. It rained intermittently throughout the day. We arrived to the home tired and ready for some chow, of course we had no food here so Cor and Jody were gracious enough to allow me to hang back while they got back on the bikes to go to the store. Unfortunately on there return trip that's when the skies truly opened up and neither of them took there rain suits with them......needless to say they were drenched when they got back.

It is supposed to rain pretty much all day here so I believe we will be just chillin for the day. However we will hope for a break in the rain as we will need to get food at some point!
