Sitting here in our log home we rented in the hills of North Carolina. Yesterday rained ALOT! I would have to say that thus far yesterday was my favorite day so far. Another perfect day for riding. Got a little bit of a late start as we decided to stuff our faces with a big breakfast at shoney's. Day 2 of our trip was a planned 248 mile ride along the Blue Ridge Pkwy ending in Laurel Springs, NC. Made a few pit stops but pulled in at 8 pm tonight. Sat down, had a couple of brewsky's and tomorrow we are hoping to get a little bit earlier start to our day!
