Well today is the day I leave for Europe! My flight leaves San Francisco at 7:12pm and arrives in London tomorrow around 12:40pm. Its a ten hour flight...but thankfully it is overnight so I can try and get some sleep. Good times!

I am definitely excited, but I am also quite scared. I am a little worried about how I will react to the culture shock, not to mention being in another country. I am more worried about Paris as I do not speak the language. I do have a handy phrase book with me, but I am sure to be laughed at when I butcher the pronunciation of some words. It should be interesting. "Bonjour monsieur, vous parlez anglais?" (Hello sir, do you speak English?) ;)

This trip is making me more excited for the start of my summer semester at school since I am taking Beginning French. I haven't studied a language since high school...and that was almost 10 years ago. I think it will be a miracle if I retain any of it!!!

Well I am going to get back to work. I will write more later...but probably not until I arrive in LONDON!!!!
