So it's a lovely sunny Tuesday afternoon here, 30degrees here! I have decided to go back to sydney this Saturday as I don't have long left in Australia and I miss my friends down there. One of my friends is going bak to England next wednesday for Christmas so I'll be pleased to see her before she leaves. I have just been sunbathing and have now come to the apartment and I'm standing on the balcony over looking the esplanade. The hospital is next door and an emergency helicopter has landed right in front of me-very exciting! I'm working up until Friday before I fly Saturday, I'm hoping to return back to my old jobs in Sydney within a couple of weeks. I'm not staying in hostels any longer, I'm staying with my friend Phoebe at first and then I'm staying with Maggie and johns daughters Kate and Jo for a few weeks over Christmas and new year and from then on I'm undecided! On Saturday night, 4 of us from work managed to all finish early together and so had a night out, finished off at 5am with the intention to watch the sunrise but it was too cloudy so we didnt. However this photo is of a Christmas tree which is up by the lagoon at 5am. It's very odd sunbathing in December surrounded by Christmas trees! I really can't wait to be back in Sydney this weekend!!
