2/19/2011 - Today was our official Day at Sea day, which just means that we'll be floating around the Atlantic all day with no sign of land for 24 hours. It was another perfect day, weather wise.Had breakfast and joined up with the gang in the Serenity area of the boat where the hot tubs were and tried to soak up whatever sun we could get before the day (and our trip) was done. Spent a majority of the day just laying out, drinking G&T's and margaritas. It's amazing how tired we all were and it was, by comparison, not the drink-heavy weekend our group is used to. There was a lot going on in terms of Cruise activities but we just couldn't muster up the motivation. Ended up splurging on a late-deal spa treatment for Michelle and myself and got an amazing upper body massage from Verna from the Philippines. I must admit, I had my doubts as to how good these massages on a cruise boat would be but she worked out all sorts of knots and turned me to mush. After spending an hour there, we ventured on back to the room and got ready for dinner and wine. Everyone in our group had brought a bottle of wine aboard in their carry-on bags per the boat's allowing regulations and none of us had cracked a single bottle open yet so we opted to drink it all before dinner in Kris and Laura's room. Probably wasn't the best idea but at the time, we weren't complaining. It took us all three nights to realize that dinner would end up being that last hurrah for the night. Too much good food (which was free) at 8:15pm = sleepy souls. We all wanted to go all out in our last night on the boat but eventually could not get motivated.
