So the past week has, to sum up in word, been intense.

Cant remember where we left off but we were staying in a resort called coral beach resort in haad rin on koh phangnan, this is the area on the tip where the full moon basicvally happens. We kicked it there for a bit but it was a bit "resorty", and we like it rough!

So the three of us (me mike and andy) headed further into haad rin and ended up at hillside which was a cool hut set back in town, didnt look like it was gonna get broken into, and it wasnt so... bonus

The full moon party was on the 14th and it was nuts. Again, we got fully painted up and headed down to the beach for buckets and general partying. Its repurtation didnt superceed it it was fantastic, fire shows and peopel everywhere just dancing. Its basically a long beach with bars all down it playing different types of music. Naturally me and andy hit the breaks and dance areas. i ended up being on my own but i met so many people and danced with some irish people until sunrise and 7 am. One of the best nights of my life, had a great time, we all did. Slept until 2.30 the next day and now weve hopped to the next island, Koh Tao.

Its a far cry for the hustle and bustle of phangnan, were staying in huts again, best way and its bang on the beach, palms everywhere and the clearest water ive seen.

Tomorrow probably head to a small group of islands called koh nangyuan, it looks pretty special so hit that for the day and then who knows. Big chill here though, may be here for a week or a bit less, then down across mainland to phi phi
