Our time in Sydney has come to an end.... Our final day here today, before we head up the coast to our surf camp and then to Byron Bay. Sydney has been completely amazing the whole 31 days that we have been here for. Definitely somewhere that we would both consider living.

Since we last wrote we have spent 10 days on the northern beaches in Curl Curl and the last few days back on the north shore in St Ives. We stayed with Tiff in Curl Curl and was good to catch up with three of the girls and Anne, couldn't believe it had been 13 years since we last saw them....

Last weekend our friend organised a surprise party for us! This turned out to be completely amazing. 14 people who had all been in Thailand whilst we were there met back up and the surprise turned out to be a stretched hummer for the night. The rest of the night we spent in a club overlooking Darling Harbour, which was beautiful. Not sure many other backpackers have been treated to that!

As good as it has been, it is now time to move on, and see what the rest of the east coast has to offer. Have got some great trips planned round Fraser Island and the Whitsundays which should be great. Bye for now!....
