Up early again today. This time, to catch a flight back to the UK!
Laura flew out this morning as well so we all organized a transfer to the airport together. We said goodbye to Laura which was sad and then headed to our gate where we caught up on some sleep. Or at least tried to, until Hayden started snoring.
The flight to London was about four hours which I slept through and then we caught the tube out to Kings Cross Station and booked back into our hostel.
It's called 'The Clink' and used to be an old prison.
We had a late lunch at the Japanese restaurant across the road, had a bit of a sleep to cure our exhaustion and then of course, headed down to the bar for a few.
Hayden and I headed back to the Japanese place for dinner and then went in to watch the live band at the bar.
After a few drinks they started up karaoke so Christine, Hayden and I got up and sung 'You give love a bad name' by Bon Jovi. Don't remember much of that but I reckon we would have nailed it.
Met some really nice Americans and some charming Swiss boys before heading to bed at again, about 3:30am
Awesome night to follow a really long day.
