So this morning was a bit rough after the late one we had last night. We all managed to make it down in time for breakfast before starting our Athens walking tour.
We trekked around and had a look at places such as the Acropolis, the Temple of Zeus, the National Greek Gardens and the Parthenon.
We then got a bite to eat with some of our group before heading back to the Acropolis to take a look inside. The view was amazing and the old archaeological sites were really cool. Very interesting place and definitely worth a look.
After that we headed home where I chilled at the bar and had a swim in the pool on the roof of our hotel. The weather here is really hot about 40 - 45 degrees so we got lots of sunscreen on and kept the drinks coming.
Headed back to the room for a shower before heading out to a Greek restaurant for our welcome dinner. There was dancing and good food so Jamison and I got up and joined in for a bit before mains started.
We then headed back to the hotel for an early night at roughly 11:30pm.
To the islands tomorrow to party it up in Mykonos!
