Hey all,

Hope you are all well! Yet again its another quick email for an update! So sorry in advance for spelling mistakes.

Arrived in Melbourne on Friday after a pretty long flight from Bangkok. Arrived at hostel called The Ritz (very ironic as it was a S@@t hole!) We were sharing with 2 other guys, we think one of them was an actual creature from Lord of the Rings or something!) All he did was fester in his bed and snore! Urghhhh its was horrible but managed to get into another hostel the next day called Base and its soo much nicer, its got loads of ammenites and ensuite which is ace. Felt pretty (well VERY!) homesick and missing everyone (esp warren- yes you!) on friday and saturday and has a bit a of a bublering mess to be honest! Thanks to my mum and dad, warren, kel, marie, stephs and claire for listening to me cry and moan. But felt so much better today, went on the beach which is 5 mins walk and chilled with steph! We were both recovering from watching the derby (come on you reds! hahaha gutted for the blues! hehe), we didnt get in till about 4am then me and steph put out pjs on and went to watch the rugby in the kitchen but fell asleep (glad we did as they lost). Claire the party animal didnt get in till 8ish as she stayed in the bar to watch the rugby! Go Claire!

We are staying in St.Kilda which is about 8km from Melbourne city centre, very easy to get in by tram. Its quite a funky little place with loads of nice resturants and bars (we will have to drink in our room to save some dosh!) The beach is pretty nice and its a 5 min stoll to get there so thumbs up really. We are thinking off going the neigbours nite tomo which should be fun, apart from toady wont be there as he has been banned from going for being a bit of a womaniser (dont know why, have you seen the kip off him!) My plans so far are to chill and do a bit of exploring around here for around 4-5 weeks (gonna go and some trips, really want to go to Tazmania and Great Ocean Road) then head to see Toni and damiens till warren gets there ( I cant wait to see him!) Then we will have a few weeks exploring and gonna go to sydney then back to the uk in early jan!
