We hired a car from Brisbane and drove along the Gold Coast to Surfer's Paradise. On the way we entered a tropical storm...and when I say storm, it absolutely wacked down! Arrived at Rainbow Beach after a long 13 hour over night bus journey from Airlie Beach. We arrived at 'Dingos' in the centre of Rainbow Beach.
