Our flight from Milan left at 1:00pm and we were back in Paris by 2:30pm on easyjet flight. Airport pickup took us to our hotel, but after we paid for our room we found it only had shower in a bath. The reception guy was really helpful and showed us all the other rooms but none were right so he phoned around and found us one close by which turned out to be nicer.

After a bit if a heated discussion he would only refund us one night so it cost us €99 for this hiccup. Cest la vie ...

We had a rest then hit the town again. First stop the Eiffel tower photo spot in trocodero. Amazing photo location and good crepes for dinner Then we wandered down to the Eiffel tower and had coffee in the seine. At 8:00pm we bought our seine river cruise tickets but missed the 8pm cruise which turned out to be great because the 8:30pm cruise got the incredible sunset over the city and all the lights turned on as were on the way back. It was so beautiful especially under the pont Alexandre bridge and seeing the tower all lit up. A real moment for only €14 ea.

After the cruise we had cup of tea and choc crepe sitting on the banks of the seine and the light show started on the tower. Brilliant!!

Heaps more photos later and we headed back to the hotel up the trocodero steps. Aaaaahhhhh.
