We arrived in Sydey really excited about what the city had to offer. We stayed at a hostel called Maze and it really suited its name as there were so many hidden corridors and it was ridiculously easy to get lost. The hostel itself was disgusting, the smell was horrendous and the building looked like it needed to be knocked down and started over. I wouldnt ever recommend it on that side however we were lucky and had some cool room mates and the hostel was really socialable and lively. We were give a booklet of free drink tokens when we arrived which sort of made up for the crappy hostel itself. We spent 6 days in Sydney and they were all pretty amazing.

On our first night there was free 'drink' in the party room known as goon. Goon is a really cheap boxed wine drink that is pretty disgusting but gets people really drunk. After trying this drink everyone piled onto a 'party bus' and got driven to a nearby club called Scary Canarys. The club was pretty pants but all the boys enjoyed watching the wet t-shirt competition which got a bit graphic towards the end. We spent our second day checkig out the city and doing a lot of walking. In the evenings we went to an amazing cocktail bar which had a two for one offer on. We both agreed these cocktails were the best we had tasted so far. We took part in a tasting session within the bar along with an American couple on their honeymoon. We drank a lot of Tequila and then went and enjoyed the towns best pubs and bars. We spent most of the next day paying for our drinks the night before and decided to book our bridge climb for the following morning.

The bridge climb on Saturday was amazing. It was such a fun experience and we had amazing weather for it. ALthough it is pretty expensive it lasted all morning and i would definetly recommend it to anyone who visits Sydney as a must do!
