Day 37 & 38
The past 2 days have been very similar to the rest of the week in Mykonos.
Lots of food, little sleep, a bit of beach and as always stacks of partying.
Despite everything sounding the same there were a couple of highlights that stood out.
A sleep in till 430 after Martin Solveig was definately a highlight, being the longest continuous sleep in a while. I think we got a good 7 hours.
At the beach on Tuesday, Aid, wazzy and I managed to make a 3 person mega man with Aidan even managing to run with us both on his shoulders. We attempted to add Gav into the equation making it 4 people tall, however our lack of coordination and balance prevented our success.
That night we had our first quiet night in a while, a couple of drinks and dinner (our first meal since before the concert, 20 hours earlier) on the beach. It was very chilled, tasty and filling, exactly what we all needed.
Wednesday day, the boys did laundry, an experience that turned out to be much easier than expected. That's not to say we learnt how to do our own washing and found it simple, but rather that we dropped our laundry off at 1 and came back 4 hours later to receive our clothes, washed, dried and folded.
Wednesday night, we headed for the third and final time, to paradise club this time for Bob Sinclar (yes that's the correct spelling, I didnt believe it either). Catching a absolutely packed bus at midnight, we partied until dawn once again meeting lots of Aussies, Italians, Swiss peeps, mexicans and of Course Americans. Whilst Bob wasn't as good as Martin, he still put in a decent effort and kept me around until 6am.
Once we got back home, we tried to catch any sleep we could bit of shut eye knowing we had to be up in a couple of hours to catch our ferry at 10.
Tomorrow in Ios. :)
