We arrived to uyuni after yet another terrible night bus from tupiza (albeit a bit warmer due to our new and improved clothing!). After a well needed sleep we awoke fresh as daisy's and ready for our horse trekking through the tupiza mountains. We were brought to a ranch outside the town and loaded up on two horses and given a 15 year old guide! The landscape was surreal and definitely the best way to see it was on horse back.
