it's basically loads of onions, tomatoes, prawns, tomato sauce, pepper, sugar (yes,sugar), salt .. what else??? it think that was it. it's cold, so not a warm soup, more like a cold one. it's served with popcorn, maiz tostado (similar to popcorn) and fried banana slices. interesting combination, but tasty.
it was fun, we all got chef hats and off we went, chopping and stirring... it was fun.
my job was cutting up tomatoes and then stirring, stirring, stirring... it was fun
in the evening we wanted to go to salsa but there were too many people going so we (the rival group) decided to go for a few cervezas instead.. lot of fun too.... :)))
we went for a bucket (it is in fact a bucket full of beer at quite a reasonable price).. that is if you go there after 7, before 7 it's better if you go for 2 for 1... dos cerverzas por una...
