After a loooonngg flight n two dodgy salmon starters later we finally land in Oz! Iv got to say, i really do agree with the tight laws over here to pass through the airport but when you get a fittie with a dog making gestures to it to sniff your behind and saying 'find it!'thats a little disconcerting! Ha So we get through and meet Ann and Alec. So great to see them both after such a long time. We make the short journey back to A&A's and it is beautiful. ...

Well, we have been in the air for nearly 6 hours now and have another hour to go before Dubai. The novelty of the flight has most certainly worn off considering its Emirates and we still feel VERY boxed in. FYI i wouldnt bother flying Emirates Business Class......as all us 'commoners' av to walk past u n the seats arent much better. Took a lovely sunset pic from the wing but obv cant upload it yet!!
