Yesterday went well traveling through Salt Lake City and the terrain. We pulled into a KOA campground last night around 6:30 PM, cooked some hotdogs and were nearly malled by 50 stray cats. They were everywhere! In the middle of the night we awoke to footsteps all around the tent, which freaked me out since we are really in the wilderness, and when Mark went to shoo the animal it made a horrible hissing/growl. We assume it was the cats, but we aren't sure. So sleep was limited. Woke up this morning, and during the check of how the truck was doing, Mark discovers the power steering exploded all over, the coolant is low (which explains why the trans was running hot), and oil is burning like crazy. Needless to say, we still haven't left Lyman yet (10:00 AM mountain time) because Mark is refilling all the low fluids....but the plan is to pullout in the next 5 minutes. Plan is to make it somewhere in Nebraska tonight. Talk soon-
