Hope you are having a fabby time, daft question I'm sure! I can back up what everyone else has said, it is baltic here and raining so I am just a teeny bit jealous! I know you will be rolling your eyes at all the 'advice' people are leaving, BUT they are right. Take care and enjoy yourself and you never know, I might even pop out for a visit if I can stop spending my money in cheap clothes shops (do they have Primark? cos if not I might not bother hee hee).
Take Care, Love Ruth (Calder incase you know more than one!)

Hi Babsie, It was good to talk to you yesterday and glad to hear you are settling in with Irene. Dad and I are delighted you have a proper roof over your head for now anyway. Frances was talking about spring and I am delighted to report several clumps of snowdrops in the garden this spring. You know how hard I have worked at getting some established in the garden! It is our 9th year here so who says I am not a patient soul!! We have been busy painting Ben's bedroom this weekend - just keeping generally busy. Hope you have a good week with Irene. She sent a text message to Ingrid and said "Barbra is gorgeous and living with us now. I can't believe she got here before you did!" Ingrid is still trying to decide if she should go there for a holiday. She should take a leaf out of your book. Go for it kid but remember the safety zone Maggie told you about. LOL Mum XXX

Hi Barbra
Glad you are getting plenty of advice! So I won't need to add my tuppenceworth (old-fashioned term, relating to "real" money)!
Sorry for 1st "empty" message. I think I am getting good at this, but...!
It has also taken me ages to access your site, despite feeling that I had perfectly understood your GM's instructions a couple of days ago. Hope no-one tells the GM!
Spring has well sprung here with irises and snowdrops in abundance in the garden. Well 4 snowdrops and about 8 irises, but it's a start! I would comment on how your season will be - but I was never good at Geog. so I'll not bother.
Hope that weather is pleasant for whatever you are doing. Really liked your CD, by the way. Well done! Fortunately, the good GM is past the crying stage! Otherwise, I would have to have put her out.
Take care! Have a great time.
Love F.

Hi Bella,
Did you know you can add mesages to this as well??????? How are you doing in the big City? I trust you have taken heed of all the health protection messages and are now using factor 70. Seroiusly take it easy you will be bronzed soon enough. Pam and Liam are back home on Wednesday so you might manage to catch up with them. Sounds fab walking over the Sydney Harbour bridge, you can go up it as well but you would have to wear the protective gear. Have a great weekend and enjoy the city night life, be good. LOL GM xxxxxxxx
Fiona (Rhona's Pal)
Hi there, I'm Kirsty in Malaysia's Mum, pal of Rhona. Sounds like you are taking your new independant life in your stride. I'm with your Mum on the "safety in the sun" advice. Kirsty has to cope with similar safety bulletins from me like, "hold hands at all times in busy places, eg Hong Kong"! and "don't touch chickens!they might have bird flu". Keep writing your postcards, those of us stuck in dreich and chilly parts need all the warm and sunny messages we can get. Good luck and say yes to almost everything (not drugs and strangers of course!). Fiona D

Hi Babsie
Hope you are okay. I got your e-mail and you certainly seem to be getting after it chasing jobs and contacting music companies. Good luck with your search. Dad is in Nigeria this week so it is just Sophie and I rattling around here. Soph is enjoying using your shower but she puts the stereo on so loud it is deafening. I don't remember this problem when you were at home! Having a very busy week at work lots of problems and challenges. Don't think you should let your skin get burnt, remember you will be there for a long time and there is plenty of time to get a bit of a tan. Take care and give my love to Claire and Anthony I hope you are getting used to sleeping on the Sofa. Sophie and Amber send their love. LOL Mumxx

Hi Babs,
Are you there yet?!
Have a brill time. keep away from the Kings cross area, Sam and I found ourselves there late one night admiring all the lovely lights (they were red, we were young and naive!). Enjoy the surf(ers) at Bondi but watch out for any small floating objects! Have fun seeing the sights and enjoy the sun (with your factor 60 and a hat of course!), keep safe and in touch and post some photos of your activities (only the decent ones though!).
love the Ross crew

G'Day Babsie,
Welcome to Sydney! Sorry you have arrived to crappy weather but don't despair you'll soon be walking round in yer bikini.
We are going north now, for a couple of weeks, but will be in touch when we get back. If you need anything (anything at all) (rescued from dodgey men or collected from dodgey dives or even a good feed) just get in touch.
ENJOY!
Love, Pam and Liam x x

Hi Bella,
Hope the jet lag is not too bad and that you can still party with Miss Claire. Say hi to her. Still cold here so you enjoy these nice hot rays with your factor 30! Girls are round here tonight so we will listen to your CD and I will show them your web site. Have fun in Sydney. LOL GM xxx
