There's no time like the present, so let´s get to uploading!
After alternately tumultous and awesome travel we have finally made it to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. At first we were almost not even allowed to leave Copenhagen due to visa procedure misunderstandings on their part, and two full feature movies in we were not even halfway!
The service provided by Qatar airways was phenomenal though, and after the initial hurdles (which were no fault of theirs) were overcome we got to enjoy free drinks, nice food, premiere movies and even a neat sleeping-on-the-plane kit with sleeping masks, ear plugs, toothbrush- and paste (good thing we packed that, eh, Jannike?).
Halfway, in Doha, Qatar, we ran into very friendly fellow Projects Abroad volunteer Bernadette from Germany who joined us for the remainder of the trip :)
Also, we haven´t gotten the hang of how to rotate pictures yet. be patient! :P
Once we hit Cambodian soil everything has gone as smoothly as could be hoped for. Visa procedures that they worried about in Copenhagen went like clockwork. We got picked up at the airport by smiling employees with Projects Abroad and packed into a small car with all our luggage, and were then taken to our accomodations where we have now set up base camp!
They have free wifi in the building (yay!), so regular updates will (hopefully) be relatively easy!

Kramar Lotta
