Hey again, I hoping third time lucky, im sure I said that on my first attempt on this journal experience! But I think ive cracked it, im typing in word, and then I copy it into my journal so I can't loose it!!! R'nt I a clever boy! So lets try and tell u what I have been up to for the third time, well it will be the forth time for me, haha, but anyway got a taxi and ferry then a bus, the bus broke down so we swapped busses and carried on, I arrived and I wasn't to cut up about Bangkok, as I thought id be a bit like, what the hell do I do now kinda thing, but I wasn't to bad, just got down to finding a cheap youth hostel, which I did after about 10 attempts, 140bhat a night in a room with 3 beds on the floor in a concrete room with one small door ha, lovely, doesn't it sound delightful!! So I got my bags in and then went off down to the local pub which is only open 24hr a day! God don't u just hate it when that happens... so I went in ordered a beer and who walks in, 5 of my mates from sigion, so we had a drink went to another club and said we'd meet up the next day, so from day one I was fine. Got up the next day around 11, did a little walk up the street and back into the pub for 1 beer as we had the rock 100 festival that night, but blow me down, I only meet another 5 mates, and then some more, we all r going to see oasis and franz ferdanand and ian brown play, we get taxis to that, had an amzing time, sneaking beer into the festival, getting loads of good free-bee's and getting free whisky and coke. How we sneaked the beers in as the festival ran out of beers at 7 so we wr thirsty for a good time, so i went to the fences at the perimitor and thr wr 2 fences, in the middle of the 2 was a security warden making sure no one got in for free, and on the out side wr sweet old ladies selling 4 packs of cold beer for 200 bhat, so I chuck my money from one fence to another and it only lands in the middle, so I check if the wardens looking which he isn't and jump over giv her the money and grab the beers and legs it into the crowd like a blind man on heat... put them down my pants (and thr cold by the way) and go into (C) section wr r tickets wr booked for, after ian browns coming to the end of his performance, 3 of us get board and want to see if we can do a sneaky one and get into ( A ) section which is right next to the stage, we walked down head to the floor and I only walk in and from that moment I walked in like a dog just been unleashed, like has anyone seen me, am I really in, yes, then I riggle my way to the front 4th row from the stage and my 2 other mates r thr, we party the night away, we moshed we got wet, t-shirts off jumping up and down all night, oasis came on and ow man, bundy I nearly got u an amazing souvenir, liam at the end threw his tambourine that he'd been playing with into the crowd and who got thr hand on it, yep me, but due to jumping 2m up and side ways I didn't have the best grip, at the time it was like slow motion me and my friend jumping side ways and this other guy just had to jump up, and he unfortunately got it, but I was ---- that close!!! Soz bunds, but the thought was thr. Got a taxi after 20mins of trying and came back to the center bar the 24hr one, and only stayed up to 8 in the morning with the boys, an amazing night, loved it, then the next day id thought id do 5 hours shopping for every1s bdays and get sum cool cloths and t-shirts, and don't worry, they are all on thr way back as we speak! Went to the bar that day met up with about 15 of us and had sum more to drink and we wr off back for the 2nd day of the concert, we new all the tricks this time, so we managed to blag 12 whisky and cokes each for free, by saying we lost our 4 voucher that we bought when we wr dancing.... Ha, the festival wasd so badly organized but we used it to our advantage, ive forgotten who we sough playing the second night, not cos I was drunk... please... but im rubbish at the names, but this time we didn't even bother going to c section, we went straight to ( A ) and all stuck together this time, 3rd from the front, (awesome) we started off crowd surfing, I didn't do it but our friend did and he was up in the air and about 10ft away from us when thr was a patch of crowd not wr they shud be and he fell due to no one to keep him up, I sough it all and was thr 1second and gone the next, we thought he broke his kneck but we rushed over and a massive circle formed and we said don't touch his kneck, but he raised his hand clenched like a real rock star and, it was like something out of a movie, it was funny but also wow is he ok, he got up and his eyes wr everywr so he was taken to the front and checked over, he was ok tho, then we all got taxis back and had a few more drinks, stayed up to 4 I played pool and was kicking ass again. Then I couldn't get to sleep so I help out some back packers that I saw kinda lost and didn't know what to do, so I knew a hostel open and took them thr and then went to bed. But the nmext morning waking up my head pain was really heart at the front of my head above my, to the extent that it was making my eye run constantly, so I just put on sum shorts and a t-shirt, not even pants or shoes and hoped in a cab, guess what.. yep the cabby didn't know what the hospital was, so I had to hop out and get another one, and I was in agony, I was holding my head like the orangutan in the other pics, so I spent the next day and night at the hospital, don't worry, im alive ha, but I had an xray and a check up and blood test, I havnt got malaria so that's a brucy! But the xray showed a cloudy spot w riot hurts and its down to blocked sinuses! So they wanted to keep me in for the night on a antibiotic drip, so funny, I got treated so well, I was wheel chaired everywr and I had my own room with bathroom and it had hot water, the room had a tv, air con, a balcony, an electric bed with a button to call for assistance if I needed anything which they kept emphasizing, and I dint have 1 nurse I had 5 waiting on me, one kept trying to get me to take a bath and she said she bath me.... I declined but it was another experience not to be missed out on, so mum and steve'o if my moneys looking short its because I had to pay for that, but don't worry I got them to fill out all the forms the next day for my insurance, few thanks for that. And so I left thr this morning loaded up with drugs, and I cant drink for the next 3 days.... Man. Ow well, so today I went and got my tailor made suit which also cost a bomb, got 2 cool ties with it as well, and I packaged all the goods and prezys for every1 back to the uk 2day, that's not cheap either $70. but its well worth it. Happy birthday Jimbo, 24, gees man, ur hav a mortgage and a wife & kids soon, ow I forgot ur half way thr already : ) Unlike us travelers, who leave loved ones at home and have a good time...
