Travelling the world is a scary prospect to some, but to others it's a necessity; a need to understand what is out there, who is out there and the oppoutunities out there.

I've been planning my trip for 3 years or so now and already started to learn. Every step makes you a little more excited for your departure. It's now less than 3 weeks till I'm off and I keep getting the most craziest feelings! A real mix up of emotions: one minute I can be petrified of being by myself, followed by jumping up and down smiling because somewhere sounds so amazing! Not forgetting the painful upset of leaving all my friends behind.

So, September 2nd and I'm off, no chance to look back! Me, one large suitcase, and a set of knives! I'm going to be ready to cook around the world and get a good glimpse of the catering industry in different countries.
