thank you sister for sharing your experiences. I am so happy that you had this opportunity. Please keep the posts coming. When you return we can have a brother/sister lunch and you can tell me all about your trip. Keep the posts coming sister.

Thank you for the wonderful description of your experience in the elephant park. Your letter brought to life your daily life, the routine and beauty of the refuge as well as the sad plight of the elephants. Dad and I are extremely excited for you. It sounds as though you have made the most of every day of this very special opportunity.
Miss you but don't want you to come home too soon...we want you to savor every minute of your time away.
Love, MOM and DAD

Let us know when you have arrived safely in Luang Prabang (I think that is where you said you were going next). I'm so glad your trip is going so well -- I think about often.
Miss you.
Rebecca
We are looking forward to your next post and, we hope, some photos.
Kat
where are the pictures?
Rebecca
I loved talking to you this evening. I went to the website and read all about the 100 elephants and the monks that were bringing them to the community this weekend. I was sorry not to see any photos of you, however. Maybe the site will post photos from the event. We will wait with excited anticipation for your next phone call next week. Love, MOM
p.s. Are you all jealous...did she call you?????
Jason
Mandy you need to add some pictures. I would like to see where you are staying.

P.S Katherine has been begging for some ladyboy pictures and audio clips...you should see the transformation!

Nice updates bearson .. and I know what you mean about the sweatiness (especially on that spot between your eyes/on your forehead). Is it as bad as when we used to run in Lumphini Park?
I am jealous you get to eat Magnum bars again .. sooo delicious.
Keep the updates coming, I miss you tons.
Love,
Your favorite person who has ever existed in the history of the world/favorite person who will ever exist for the rest of time
PS Jason ... your use of exclamation points is on par with that of a 9 year old girl.

Thanks for the post mandy! I'm glad you had a chance to explore some of the temples around Chiang Mai. That was one of my favorite things to do.
Spot any ladyboys yet? Katherine has been asking me about them non-stop!
talk to you later!
love,
Your favorite person in the world!

I loved reading about your experiences, especially walking around in circles:) That bowl of hot soup in dripping hot weather must have been interesting...sometimes it is best not knowing what you are eating. From your description, I don't think I would rush out to order the soup again, speciality of the region or not. Have a good day. I am already looking forward to your next entry.
Love, Your FAVORITE parent:)

Hey Panda- loved reading your first entry- keep them coming. And remember.. when in doubt, just walk the dogs... it always makes those things better :)
