Arrived in HK on Friday and so far this has been a completely different experience from my last visit! I have been really sick and have been feeling really poorly and sorry for myself!! My hostel is OK but is not sociable at all, and the bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen, I have to practically stand in the toilet to take a shower! Sarah had an early flight so she stayed in and I decided I had to go out even if I was gonna look like a loner...headed into the old red light district area (appropriate!) and found an Aussie bar. Hello!! So I arrived yesterday morning after travelling for 12 hours on Monday...I can't complain though as Sarah upgraded me to business class and what luxury that was!! Thanks Sarah/Jay!! Managed to get loads done yesterday and started by doing the peak tram. Word of warning to anyone thinking of doing this...IT IS VERY STEEP and you are going up the hill at a 45 degree angle, I wont even mention what it is like going back down...needless to say I have neve...
