Having been stranded for the last 24 hours I think I may have finally sorted out my ticket to get home, only snag is that I will not be back until Wednesday morning and as it´s only Sunday night at the moment, I am planning alot of time sleeping in airports!!  Still guess everyone has to have a horror travel story and I suppose this is mine!Have become reflective in my time of need and thought this would be a good opportunity to finish the journal...

Well what can I say apart from I am not bloody here and well and truely f***ed off!  Arrived in Lima to check in for my flight and was told that I couldn´t fly without having a yellow fever certificate...so offered to get the vaccination only you have to wait 10 days afterwards before getting the certificate.  If that wasnt bad enough Brazil wont let me enter the country without it so I am now stuck in Lima and trying to get home arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

I'VE DONE IT!!!!! Just finished the Inca trail after 4 days of walking through the Andes and my God was it tough!...begged the guides on two occasions to let me go home but luckily they refused, I was acting like a prima donna though!.  The highest point was 4,200 metres above sea level and it was all up and down the whole time, but the scenery was amazing and I´m so glad I did it.  Was up at 3am this morning to start the final leg so am ...

Hola Amigos! God this is so different from Sydney...after 15 hours flying I spent the night in Santiago and then flew onto Lima which has got to be the uglest place on Earth! The only decent thing in the city was Starbucks and when I returned for breakfast the next day they remembered my name and order...very chuffed with that! Left Lima this morning and flew on to Cusco where we will be tonight before heading to the Sacred Valley and then starting the Inc...

The last few days have been manic so will fill you in before I leave Sydney on Wednesday. Friday night I went to Home which is like the nightclub in London only much much worse but we had a good night and took loads of photos so will put them on tomorrow. Saturday, Jason, Mark and me hired the boat and sailed around the Harbour for 4 hours...it was the best day ever and so much fun, and Dad, I even drove it under the harbour bridge without crashing into anythin...
