Sat on top of a Temple watching the sun set. What an amazing day exploring Angkor Wat. We have seen breath taking engravings, sprawling across colossal walls of sandstone. We heard the tales of Cambodian Kings and changing religions. We experienced the heights of temple towers. All is which pre dated the Battle of Hastings! Odd reference point but one that stuck. One temple was built back in 908 or something!

Not only is this an amazing holiday on day one, but I feel so honoured to have see such an iconic part of this world history. So glad we get to share this with Rachel and Geoff.

Tomorrow S&R are cooking in the morning so Geoff and are are either pooling it or we'll find something to do!
