Hello everybody!
So right now I'm at work, when I get home I'll add pictures from my town trip. I won't be talking about it on this blog cause it just wont make sense. I'll just write allot under the pictures. and explain from there.
Wednesday after the town trip we got the day off cause it was may long weekend that weekend. meaning Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday we were open early and closed late. so Wednesday I start doing my laundry like I do when I have the day off, I was half way through when dean takes the machine and I couldn't do anymore laundry. I was so mad and am still mad at him. when he did that I realised that he does what he wants when he wants. like he NEVER takes out the trash. during may long weekend I didn't eat at home we got food at work and when I did eat at home it was a sandwich or something, and Justin wasn't home all week. so Justin and I didn't use the trash. making it only dean who used it. it was so full things couldn't fit in it. Justin comes home Tuesday after the may long and takes out the trash then asks me why I didn't do it? dean NEVER takes out the trash. he just doesn't care about others. its annoying!
so may long weekend comes, Friday we were open from 10 till 20, Saturday and Sunday from 8 till 20 and Shawn and I got to choose which day we wanted to sleep in. I took sleep in on Sunday. and Monday we were open from 8 till 18. it was ALOT of fun. a real taste for how the summers will be. so Saturday when Shawn was sleeping I did Brittany for 4 hours till he got in. it was fun but oh man does ones shoulder start to hurt. its really like lifting 6 pounds (3kg) over and over again all day. I have a new found respect for Shawn. (the only way I can spell respect it singing the song) (R-E-S-P-E-C-T that what he means to me) Cindy was working the front desk all day. and when I was in the back cleaning or doing whatever the one thing that was going to give me a panic attack was the damn tapping on the glass. at one point I needed to get out from back there. then I got something to drink went back in and scared allot of people. there are a couple of the cages that people tap on. the new Caledonian giant geckos, frilled lizards, bearded dragons and the amythsine pythons. so if I hear someone tapping and getting close the one of those cages you unlatch it and wait a couple of seconds. they come tap you open the door and say "no tapping the glass".
well the may long weekend was very long indeed but it was fun the say the least. the Tuesday we had the WHOLE day off.
so Tuesday like any day off I walk to wal-mart, it takes me about 20 mins. and I love wal-mart dont ask why I just do. all I got from there was laundry soap which I later spilled all over my floor. so after I go home I normally go and get something coffee and iced.. hmmm... this was around 15.30 I get there and Katrina (my coffee dealer) we just about to get off. we had planes to go see sherk 4 that night. so I waited around for about half an hour for her to get off and we spent the day together. it was fun, we had ice cream and just chilled. oh and went to this store that I was to get a dress at we went it and its like the store were Helena gets my tee's. I love it there., it smells the same too. well we go to the movie and it was very funny much better then sherk 3. all in all it was a good day. but I didn't get to do my laundry. I dont do it after 9 just cause you never know who sleeping *cough* dean *caught*
Wednesday we were closed but we have school group in, the first one was at 10 they were an hour late. they decided to go to the subspendtion bridge which is no where close to us. (when I upload my pictures from the town trip I'll put a map in and show were everything is) then the next group called (atlest they called) saying we are going to be an hour late (after an hour) they call again and couldn't find us being another half an hour late. during this time Dave calls and says your staying open. (Shawn and I say CRAP)(we both had things todo) so we stay open which ended up messing with the rest of the week. so the group comes finally. we wait around till 5. I think 4 families came in. big waste of time. we also had an evening group to come in at 18.45 guess what they were late. about half an hour. we got home around 21.
Thursday comes and I broke my key in the door. making the back door unusable. (that's the way we get in and out) and Dave called telling us that he was sick, and still is. yesterday he comes in to do some stuff. looking like hell spat him out and gave a me a new key with ladybugs on them. thanks Dave, he knows that ladybugs creep me out. well he's scared of cows so whatever.

well Friday was a good day till about when I wanted to sleep. again dean doesn't care. he plays a movie really loud, the guys next door go out and smoke every hour till about 4am. Justin takes a shower at midnight with his radio on. (I can hear the words) dean goes out to smoke at 1am putting the hallways lights on. the light it right on the other side of my door making my room light up. I got no sleep. get up in the morning and the coffee shop is closed cause Katrina quit cause they wouldn't give her mornings off, now they just aren't open in the mornings?
today is Sunday, slow day like normal. busy till about noon then picks up again at around 14.30 (after lunch and kids naps) then picks up again at 16. oh there is this mother and little boy who come about every month. today she bought a year pass. (100$) she gets two adults and two children after 4 visits it free. he boy's name is Charles cute and "slow" so every time he comes his face lights up and they spend two hours here every time. its just so cute. I like the families that keep coming in.
Well I think that is all. I'll be putting pictures of the town trip later today. and some from my phone.
