Arrived on the sleeper this morning in Chiang Mai, was big relief to get out on Bangkok. This place is so much nicer it's unbeleivable, you can actually breathe (relatively) fresh air, it has trees, and restaurants!! Everything still as cheap, so living well on very low budget which is always good. After over 24 hours of travelling, we finally arrived in Bangkok this afternoon. Right from the off, it was like entering a different world; it smells, has dead ducks hanging all around, we risk life everytime we step within 1 foot of a road and has men with breasts. Other than that, we're having a fantastic time and hotel is very nice. Plus we can't complain when the 2 of us bought dinner for less than a quid. It's a great place to come and experience a whol...
