Yesterday I went into the vodafone office a little aprehensive as I had, had a very slow week in regards to phone sales.

By the time I was half way through my shift and still not making any sales for the day I was starting to reieve comments from the boss alont the lines of:-

"This industry (meaning mobile account sales) is quite a difficult one for most people."

or

"This job isn't for everyone"

I started to realise that my mobile phone deal working while I traveled was disappearing fast and if I didnt make a sale soon It would disapear altogether.

So when it got to my last two hours to go and STILL not making any sales for the day, I decided to do the pre-emptive fireing of myself.

I pulled the boss aside and said I was letting him off the hook , he did'nt need to pay me for the day and I'd leave there and then and take off travelling agiain the next day.

He was gratefull and I was dissapointed but I was also excited because I left earlier than expected and was going to go north the same afternoon.

I went home to my mate Michael's place and packed my gear, said my goodbyes and headed to the train station.

I took the train an hour and a half north to Nambour and arived around 4pm and then DISASTER struck, but thats the next blog under "Nambour" have a look you will LAUGH yourself silly.

Also just a reminder I have added a special folder of my Artistic Photograpghy under the "PHOTOS" tab above, If you could all have a look at them and use the Comment feature of the site, I would really like to know if you think a particular photo is good enough to sell at Markets.

Ill be adding to these regularly so have a look every now and then and let me know what you think.
