Just arrived back from the Northern Hilltribe trek today, got one night in this hotel in Chaing Mai now and then catch the overnight train back down to Bangkok tomorrow evening, and everyone splits and heads their seprate ways. A few of the guys are going down south to the beaches etc, i may tag along or I may stay in Bangkok for the last week as I did buy a guide book and everything and havn't even opened it yet. Trekking was great fun, not too physically demand...

Thailand then, well I made it. Was in Bangkok there for the first 2 days...the place is organized chaos. Well, not even organized. Hotel is right next to the (in)famous KoShan Road. Its just a ridiculous sight, everynight there is just like some crazy street carnival. Met the other guys in my group for the next week, 2 New Zealander blokes (Dru and Kim), they're builders or something, Chris is my roomate and hes a 29 yr old English Teacher, currently working ...
