Hmmmmm had a bad day. Woke up to email out of the blue from the Bad One. Felt really unsettled in a new city in the rain. Then the rain cleared, went for a wander & then hit the beach. Cloudy but warm, hurrah!!! Did some stern talking to myself whilst watching the ocean.

My goodness the waves were crazy huge & strong. By sunset the waves were over 12 ft high & had created a moat on the shore. Was amazing to watch.

Had a brave wander to the Lagoa in the dark. Possibly not my best decision but all safe & well in the end.

Am in sushi heaven here....dinner was a set menu of everything salmon for a tenner. Discovered that Caiprinhas are super strong....had 2 & could barely see!
