Hi Everyone!!!
Hope you are all well, missing everyone LOADS!!!!!
So......Ive been up to loads the past few days time to fill you all in!
I met up with the group i'll be doing the rest of my travels with, so i'm not on my lonesome anymore!! Nice bunch, theres 5 of us, 6 including the guide. My new roomy is Nina, shes from germany and is trying to teach me german lol, im rubbish but i can do a good smile & a nod
We left Bangkok on Friday morning to head to Kanchanaburi which was a 2 hour bus ride from bangkok. When we arrived we checked into our "riverside guesthouse" lol which to explain, is if you vison a raft, floating on the river, with a large shed on top thats divided up into rooms... thats what it is lol!! Very cool though, i'll put photos on to give you a better idea! Its on the River Kwai and the views from our rooms are stunning which make up for the cold water shower!!
So after getting settled into our rooms it was straight out on a speedboat, great fun. Stopped firstly at a temple in a cave, then the World War Two War Cemetary which is where most of the casualties from the death railway on the river Kwai are buried, very sad to see, most of the soldiers buried there werent over 25.
Then we took rickshaws (which are bikes with a little carriage on the back, someone else drives, think this is Kanchanaburi's version of the tuk-tuk lol!!) to the Death Railway itself. Hard to explain how it felt there, as most of you probably know this railway was built during the second world war. The japanese decided they needed better routes to India and Burma so used prisoners of war and civillians to build it in 12 months, it shouldve under normal conditions, taken 5 five years so you can imagine the pressure these men were put under. Thousands upon thousands died of starvation and exhaustion among other things.
Being there was quite eerie, such a sad story behind it. Its still a used railtrack today, although you are allowed to freely walk up and down it. If a train comes you have to run to the side, don't think health & safety regulations exist in Thailand lol!!
That was day one in Kanchanaburi, day two has been even better if thats possible!!
Today we've been to The Erawan Waterfall. A beautiful 7 tiered waterfall, one of Thailands natural wonders. Took us 2 hours to climb to the top level but was sooo worth it. We stopped at every level along the way up, where there are natural pools made by the million year old waterfall, the water in these pools was clear blue with caves and all sorts in them! We were in swimming amongst the small fish which nibble at your feet, weird but very fun Think its approx 500m climb to get up to the top, some trek but again it really was worth it.
After that trek, made our way back to the town and we all headed for a well deserved thai massage then dinner. Fab
Having a great time, missing everyone loads though!!!!
Heading briefly to Ayutthaya tommorow then off to Chaing Mai, woo hoo cant wait.
Speak to you all soon, thanks for all the great messages xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Gulshan If you've got the product/service that is in great dmaned and you are the only vendor succeeding in pricing it right; you can't help growing instantly . Then there is a saturation point unless you keep innovating.Instant noodles thingy sometimes does create a brand name that sells for a substantial amount of time to give you space to innovate.krishelement idea Labs
