Delhi conluded
With only 3 days to go in Delhi, I gace in and bought 2 shawls. No matter what I have worn this past 4 weeks both men and women have stared at my chest. Surely there was money to be made there!!!!! Ha
Also on the same time scale James gave in and had his first non Indian dinner from an American diner too, listening to jive Bunny. We rock!
It was only a mater of time that James got Delhi belly and I got a small 2nd bout of it also. Is there no escaping it?
I think I speak for the both of us when I say we are totally India'd out now. it has been an amazing experience but being among so much rubbish has made me realise how much I miss Japan.
india has a large poor population but also more millionaires than most developed countries which neatly sums up India, a country of extremes.
what I will remember most about India is the people. they may not have anything but they are friendly, welcoming, curious, proud and the best thing about India.
