Hello again all...yet this time from malaysia..yep thats right we made it and have now left thailand!! We had a horrific journey here...we spent a couple of days in koh lanta just to recover from too much partying in koh phi phi and left there on sunday at half 7 in the morning. We arrrived in Langkawi at about 6pm, however it was just the most uncomfortable journey..crammed into a minibus with hardly any aircon in the heat of the sun for about 5 hours...then into a 'taxi' which was a windoless old wagon with no air con for another 3 hours..then a boat which was actually ok. Did not help that I (alice) was not feeling so great throughout this journey either...but nevertheless we made it and are now just chilling in our nice but cheap aircon room..right next to the nicest beach by far! It was definately worth it..this island is so pretty with awesome sunsets. So after finally getting a mass load of washing done (we were getting pretty smelly...especially helly who brought about half the stuff i did...shes so disgusting..) we then went to the famous underwater world and duty free shopping centre which was cool. Today we also booked our ticket to singapore as we decided to miss out penang and Kuala Lumper and just head straight down there (yes, it will take us about 13 hours..) but its overnight which is much to better to travell by, and means we dont have to find and pay for accomodation anywhere on our way down :) So thats pretty much it for now really...We have also finally got our pictures onto Cds and kate is (at this very moment) creating a group on facebook for everyone to see and I am about to attempt to get them on here for you guys...but it may not work! We shall see...
