Well, it is precisely 9.21am and we are meeting to catch the train in precisely 1hr 9mins. After a small walk and metro ride we shall embark on our first overnight train ride. Apprehensive to say the least, we have heard the horror stories and now all thats left to do is brave the toilet at somepoint on our trip...

Yesturdays activities were awesome.

We went to the temple of heaven in the morning followed by Tianamen Square and Forbidden city with a local guide in the afternoon. We were absolutely knakkered by the end of the day and Ally managed to get the wally of the week for managing to gain a slight sunburn with a white stripe across her chest where her camera strap was! hehe well i found it funny.

In the evening we went to watch an acrobatic show, which was incredable (check out the pictures) they were plate spinning and flipping and doing crazy tricks on bikes and even balancing by holding their entire body weight with their mouth!!! ally did a lot of squerming in her seat, we were all feeling their pain!

but as we are running out of time i will have to tell you about that craziness another time.
