I am hung over while writing this, so if it is incoherent or short, well, I can't really be bothered to do anything about it. Yesterday morning (16th) Shogo and I decided to have a wander around Valencia, and see what we could get up to. We ended up walking around for the better part of three hours, just looking at all of the statues. I'm as of yet to break out the camera, and I do need to get some photos posted. We also had some time to look around the market, which was really big and nearly had everything underneath the sun. We also tried to shop for some clothes, because I am sick of having to continuously wear the same things everyday. Speaking of that...I need to do some laundry, but anyways, I found all of the clothes to be exceptionally ugly, with the exception of BCBG, but a shirt costs well over 200 euros, so it looks like I will be waiting until Mom comes, before I will be wearing anything new. At some point I have to run and buy Victoria and Juan a gift for when I get to Malaga. All I actually ended up purchasing were two face towels before we came back for a siesta. We were supposed to go out for tapas (Shogo and I) but the place was packed, so we opted for bocadillos instead. When we got home to the hostel, the German boys had apparently been throwing fireworks out the window, and from what I was able to gather from a pissed Australian at the dinner table tonight, someone had to be taken to the hospital as a result. I didn't see them, but allegedly the police arrived too. We began drinking around 11 p.m., where I had a 1/4 liter of Vodka, and then the London girls, plus Hatti's brother and I went to the bars. It was quiet at first, so we had a couple of drinks before going to check out the fireworks, which seemed to last forever. Carl and I hit it off, and two bars and a good six drinks later, I found myself dancing with him. He seemed far more intellectual and attractive while I was intoxicated.
