Thanks Missy for writing!!!!! Tornado went through outter island of Venice. Fortunately, no one died; however, boats were ruined and roof tops were blown off. The tornado was a rare occurence I understand. Ironically, we bought our tickets today for Venice. We are going there Friday for a day trip only because it is an expensive place to visit. It is Annie; she really wants to go , says it is sinking and she wants to go before it's underwater. So we leave 6 in morning and return at night around 9-still daylight just. By not staying over we save and we are taking breakfast for the train ride. Boboli Gardens was relaxing today and a nice change of place. We eat at the apartment and save by cooking and buying food at the grocery store. Also, we go to the 5 E apertivo and went again tonight to the international cooking school. We are members now. Annie has 3 lessons tommorrow and my feet are so tired. Buona Serra. Midnight here. We just got back from an Opera of Annie's teacher, Diego. Free tickets too! ciao
