Thursday was a quiet day, catching up on washing, writing postcards and going out on yhe jet boat...ok, I lied about the quiet day!! Fantastic trip around the lake and into the river it drains to.. literally turns on a sixpence and can zip along at speeds of 80kph +and it doesn't need much water either!
Bumped into Nick, someone I had been chatting to on the boat, and he was full of the story of his bungee jump...and he'd done paragliding too! Decided that we'd meet up for supper, much better than eating alone..he was a cricket loving postie from near Scarborough! We shared a Winnie's pizza and a pint at a pub..
