Up early and breakfast at Wetherspoons. Walked 1.2 miles to St Pancras station instead of using the underground. Probably a bad idea - shoulders hurt quite a bit now. Waiting for 10:15 to check in to Eurostar departure lounge. Thinking of doing Eiffel Tower today as weather is ok this afternoon.
