Happy Holidays from Sydney!

We landed yesterday in Sydney at 8 o'clock p.m. We rushed to our Bed n' Breakfast Hotel 59 at Kings X and dumped our backpacks and went to Jaakkos and Sarahs place to celebrate Christmas Eve. Sarah and Jaakko were in Canberra, and Krista and Ansku were looking after the place, while they were gone. We spent Christmas Eve exchanging gifts, eating ham, fish and potatoes and drinking wine, beer and salmari! After that we went out to a club, as most of Ozzies do! We clubbed until the clubs closed... Pretty different from the quiet and peaceful Christmas we spend in Finland! I think I will remember this special Christmas for the rest of my life!

Kings X is supposed to be the red light and party district of Sydney, ooh-ooouhh! Our hotel is located in the middle of that district, but it seems quite okay actually!

Today is Tomppas birthday! The old man turns 28 years old and is at the moment celebrating by beeing extremely hung over in bed! We are now with the girls at J&S place eating Christmas leftovers and popcorn and watching movies and playing Scrabble... Yeey! It was extremely weird seeing the girls, after seeing them last time in Japan 1,5 months ago! We will spend the following days here in Sydney!

On New Years Eve we are going to have a barbeque party and later on go to a festival near Bondi Beach...!
