Hey hey!!!

Well i finally said goodbye to Brisy!! And all the bloody work! Jeees i really did work my butt off!! and it showed when my pay came through!! - however as i worked so many hours i prob got taxed more than my actual pay was!! woohoo!! skint again lol!! Anyway seem to be getting the hang of having no money and managing somehow so its all good!!!

Last week in brisbane was brilliant. The donchaster boys arrived, Jimmy, John and Andy. we all moved into the same room 428 in the palace backpackers and anyone who knows the boys will know it was complete banter the whole time. The were all desperate for work and ended up getting work in a meat factory in the middle of nowhere!!! much to Andy's disgust. Bless him!! So they are going to work there for a few wks to get some money to head up the coast.
Tone moved in to the palace too so was brill banter...

So last night in Brisbane me, Tone and Tessa headed out to the down under bar for a few drinks! What a laugh! As always a few drinks turned into a few more and we all never got to our beds until about 4am!!!

Soooooo.... Little miss donaldson here slept through her alarm and ended up missing her bus to Noosa!!! Good start eh!?! However $27 later i managed to get a later bus! So said a few goodbye's and got on the bus and headed up the cost!

As i was leaving brisbane i decided to txt kate and kirk to see how their trip up the coast was going. Only to find out that the litterly arrived in brisbane 2 secs after i left!! Sooo gutted would have been ace to see them. But Kirk is now in Cairns for work for a few wks, Kate and Tone still In Brisbane for a few wks for work.

Anyway Arrived in Noosa about 2pm Bus journey about 2 hours but slept most of the way... Woke up drooling!! mmmm must have looked beautiful to fellow onlookers!!! lol!! Once arrived headed to Halse Lodge Backpackers - just across the road from the bus station! Absolutly gorgeous backpackers, had its own bar/beer garden/pool table/games room etc. really was more like a hotel. $27 per night. I was in room 16 4 share dorm. Rooms seem nice and so did roommates.

Met 3 Irish guys shane, Ian and dave. Speaking to them for a while and found out that they were in Coogee the same time as me and just stayed up the road with Irish Shona!! Such a small world. So caught up on some gossip and headed to the pub.... supprise supprise. Sat in this really posh pub called Cato's on the main strip seemed cool tho. good few hours later we headed back to the hostel for our free glass of wine (for the new comers) and a 5 minute talk on noosa! They told us about the surf lessons $45 for 2hours. (ive always wanted to do it so booked it for the next afternoon at 1330 with the 3 irish guys. Had some dinner with the boys then headed to me bed!!! was absolutely shattered!!

12 hours sleep later.... i headed to the beach woohoo!! god i missed that place. NEEED TO GET MY TAN BACK!!! lol So spent most of the morning there then headed to my surf lesson.....
OUr instructor was called Troy! and he was beautiful like stunning!! wow typical Aussie dude!! mmmmm!!! i blame him for the reason i couldnt stand on my surf board!! i was tooo busy watching him!!! ha ha! No really i was a professional.... amazing i was... uhu
there was 5 of us getting the lesson. Me, dave, shane, ian, alexa and mark. It was such a laugh 2 hours of us all trying to look like professionals! and to be fair everyone did ok!! bar me i did stand up but for about 2secs then fell of everytime head first into the sea. (i swear i have never drank so much sea water ever!! eww!!
Had an awesome time and defo something i want to keep trying!!
So last night me and Alexa went for dinner and drank far to much wine!!! met some aussie guys.... 1 couldnt speak he was that drunk, the other was shall we say the biggest charmer ever and the other well he was actually quite nice... however me and alexa decided to make a move and started chatting to 4 londoners!! Joe, John, Usher (aka stewart) and Rob. Few games of pool, Table tennis and lots of drinks later i headed for food and to my bed!!!

Yesterday as i was feeling a bit rough i headed to the beach for a bit of a chilled out day!! beach is absolutely gorgeous here!! this time i didnt surf lol!!!
Later the London boys were getting ready to leave for Airlie beach so were cleaning out there Massive campervan!! It was ace. Cant believe how big it was and only like $20 per day or something!! So poor john was left cleaning the thing while the other boys headed to the beach. That night there was a big BBQ in the beer garden so we all chilled and said bye to the boys.. Had an early night as heading to hervey bay today for my pick up to fraser island tomorrow!! yay cant wait!! leaving at 1300. 4.5 hours on the bus.....

Ok so better be going but be in touch after fraser.... thats if i dont get eaten by dingo's!!!!!!
