Beyond The Sacrificial Society!

I miss the Belgian winter, walking up those icy footpaths, stuggling to find you way inbetween the early morning frost. Walking into the school back entrance, in instant attack from the firing snowballs. Here in Auckland theres none of that, theres only the harbour that surrounds the city, and city lights that guide out way, an open sky that well defines storms. We are lucky to be at risk by natural disasters. What more could you ask for.

I guess since I can't be in the
place i long to be in
all I can depend on is
the natural satelite of the earth &&
the star that is the source of light and heat
our sun and our moon.

It still comes out everynight/ some mornings
Even in hard times.

To remind us that everyday
holds the potential for beauty.
