I've had the most amazing five days of my whole diving life...so far. We had an amazing crew, fab weather, great bunch of people to dive with and food to die for-you couldn't imagine how good it's been.

We left on the Taka boat-around 22 of us, set for 4 dives a day with two night dives. The highlights were the cod hole-where the dive leader fed this giant potato cod-bigger than me and very hungry. Also worth a mention was the shark feed; where we sat and watched white tip reef sharks, grey whalers and oceanic silver tips tearing aprt tuna heads for 35 mins...breath taking. They are beautiful creatures and I have certainly got a taste for diving with them.

the end of a great trip culminated in a great night out in Cairns...not so great for me as I was getting the bus to Townsville at midnight-but I slept very well on the bus!
