Just a quick note to say that we did actually quite like Singapore. After re-reading our last entry it might have come across as if we didnt like the place, but it was actually really good!

Most of our time in Singapore seems to have been spent waiting for little green men to appear; but then with massive fines for every false move you make - including j walking - it has to be done! Cars seem to rule here and the best way to shift around otherwise is on the underground.  We are a bit hungover this morning, Pete has gone off to explore Singapore but I stayed in bed in the haven that is our air conditioned dorm. The sun is blazing down outside and it must be nearly 40 degrees. not the best conditions for exploring the city on foot with a self induced headache. Will fill you on Malaysia when I am feeling more awake.
