Andrew I am afraid to say that the caption is totally serious. Tracy and Pete have splashed out $200 dollars of their hard earned cash for the pleasure of climbing to the top of the harbour bridge. They will be breath tested before they are allowed to climb, so it is far safer than the Gloucester tree in WA. Unfortunately there will be no online photos as personal cameras are not allowed so you will have to wait for the official bridge climb photos to return home.
