Three weeks to go. Three weeks. That's nothing! Before heading to the airport around this time in exactly three weeks, I have a couple of trips planned - one for Midsummer's (sail to Finnhamn) and the other is during my last weekend (Gotland). But in-between those trips I'm going to work for 10 days straight.. Yup you heard me. 10 days full-time. I know it sounds silly to some, but I'm not used to working long hours for that many days in a row! I start on Monday with a five day long event for Academic Work and then on Saturday I start working at the Fair for the Docs' congress for another 5 days. Those five days are going to be the really tough ones. I think our schedule said 7:30am to 10pm on Sunday. Anyway. Enough about work.
Because of the lack of free days in-between my trips and work (0-2 days tops before I leave for Aussie), I had to hurry up and do a few more errands today than I had expected. Luckily, I'm pretty efficient when I'm pressed for time. So now I'm sitting here writing after running to the pharmacy, photograph studio, Motormännen (to get an international drivers license), getting important things for the Midsummer's trip and trying to apply for a tax number in Aussie (not do-able until you're in Aussie apparently). Phew. Now I just need to go home and EAT something and pack for the trip tomorrow.
Glad Midsommar till er allihopa!! <3
Btw, the picture is taken by Nurpie, when she visited one of the campuses where she will be studying (South Bank). Doesn't it look good??
