Ohayou!
So its our last full day today :(
Japan is clearly sad to see us go, since it cried (rained) a lot today; or maybe its just getting us ready for the weather back home!
We went to Shibuya again which was nice, but I'm glad the first time we looked around it wasn't raining - we had umbrellas this time but its still hassle when ther…

Today we had a trek. We trekked, complete with our backpacks, probably a mile or two in the wrong direction. That then meant we had to trek BACK with our backpacks in the right directi…

Today we made tracks for Yokohama, one of Tokyo's port towns. Wandering around, we took in all the sights, including an absolutely massive glass-skyscraper-esque hotel, a huge ferris w…

I didn't even see this section before...
Anyways, just stopping in to say hi! It sounds like you've been having a fantastic time...I'm jealous of everything you've gotten to experience. I've never even been out of my country's borders before, much less backpacked across an entirely new world. I doubt I need to tell you this, but savor the adventure and keep it with you for the rest of your life. ^^
Anyways, that's about it from me. See ya soon!

Noodles are the main food source for poor backpackers - filling and CHEAP which is the best part :P
The mountain climb was amazing, so hard but so fulfilling, and yeah, the views are great!
Money is going okay at the moment, hopefully I'll have lots left over for souvenirs at the end :p

Hey Dave,
Joe says he'll have all the articles edited ready for when we get back, he's going to be doing it on paper and make all the changes upon return to England. He'll also give you the finished order for articles and pictures that we need.
Joe's requested a front cover "like those you saw on the onion".
We've been not taking pictures of Japanese people on purpose even though we've had ample opportunity. Have to start tomorrow :p
Good idea about meeting of the bigwigs. See you later

Hi guys, looks like you're having fun!
I've finally got some time to work on the LP, and I have a task for you (afterall, as editors you should have a fair share of the work!).
Could you take some pictures of Japanese tourists taking pictures of each other/landmarks/both? It's for an article I'm writing.
We're planning a get together of all the top people in week 0 so we can get some real work done. Of course this planning only amounts to Vicky suggesting it and me agreeing. I guess you'll be back by then anyway.
Enjoy!
Ryan
Ya, we've been in Kyoto for two days now :) Shikansen is amazing; we did that TO osaka today, but the local one back to Kyoto, and it took three times as long :(
Hey, I'm only going off of what the phrasebook told me :P I'm using it for hello in general :$
