We took a 16 hour night bus to Santa Marta on the Caribbean coast. The bus wasn't too bad and pretty cheap at $77,000 Pesos. Had some random guy jump on selling necklaces and other trinkets. We landed in Bogota the capital city of Columbia shattered.
