Booked onto 11am Architectur Boat Tour. Went upstream both branches of river, then out into lake. Georgia, our docent from the Institute of Architecture talked for 90 minutes. Very interesting. Reinforced this as a great city. Wandered along the Golden Mile of Madison street. It it the third (at least) place I've been that promotes itself as 'the most expensive shopping precinct in the world. Others are Madison Ave NYC and Oxford St London. I am sure they a) all believe it and b) think it is a good thing. Had lunch in the Lounge on 96th floor of Hancock building - better than paying for Observation Deck. So photo is from there.
