Welcome to the 'Memoirs of a Globetrotter'! and welcome to all fellow globetrotters! One of my dreams and passions was to travel and experience God's wonderful world. The realization of that dream began a little over ten years ago when I left my home country, South Africa and embarked on an amazing journey abroad. This journey started in South-east Asia where I worked for about 6 years. I worked in Singapore and Malaysia. Then I secured a job in the north west of China - the Xinjiang province. Eventually I came to Beijing where I lived for 4 years and thus began my zest to see China. I went back home after several years abroad. However, my 'itchy globe-trotting' feet could not hold out any longer. I am now back in China working in the city of Changchun which is th capital of the Jilin province. Once again, the globetrotter rides!
